MANAGEMENT ANALYST
U.S. Marine Corps
Duties
You will provide analysis and recommendations for the civilian personnel management program (i.e., mission, management objectives and organizational goals, projecting personnel needs, potential problems).
You will advise senior officials on results of fact-finding investigations related to distribution of work among positions and organizational codes, manpower and workforce structure.
You will provide advisory services to management officials on internal command policy changes that may impact projected workload planning and forecasting.
You will act as a liaison between the Human Resource Office (HRO), the Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR), and management to resolve problems, clarify procedures, and receive/provide information.
You will plan, conduct, and implement studies involving manpower and personnel management to gather factual, historical, and statistical data.
You will conduct information briefings to new and separating employees on appropriate command rules, regulations, polices, etc.
