Employee recognition and professional development programs. Responsibilities Help patients get well by assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. Design individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Provide education to patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and refer patients as needed to achieve optimal care. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Posted Salary Range: USD $38.00 - $48.00 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr Powerback Rehabilitation
