Bilingual Healthcare Billing & Eligibility Specialist

GetixHealth, LLC seeks a Customer Service Representative to ensure accurate and timely billing and payments for healthcare accounts in a hospital setting on Long Island. You will handle high-volume patient inquiries regarding billing, payments, claims, benefits, and coverage, with a focus on exceptional service. Shift is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, with extended hours on Tuesdays. Compensation is $23/hour, plus eligibility for quarterly bonuses.
