Director of Operations

* **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.*** **Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in academic administration, business operations, or a related field, preferably within higher education.*** **Experience managing sponsored research administration and working with multiple funding sources (e.g., state, foundation, federal) in a academic environment strongly preferred.*** **Knowledge of sponsored research administration, including pre and post award processes.*** **Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)**The University of Maryland, College Park is the state's flagship university and one of the nation's preeminent public research universities.
