Queens GYN/Fertility practice is currently searching for outstanding NP, PA or Midwife to join our practice to perform GYN services. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an established and well-respected and diverse GYN practice that is rapidly growing. We offer competitive compensation and incentive compensation opportunities. For GYN services, the qualified candidates must be certified and have completed a clinical rotation in GYN or women’s healthcare. The qualified candidates will treat patients effectively and comprehensively in an outpatient setting. Requirements Degree from an accredited program Excellent bedside manner and communication skills Personal and medical professionalism Passion for high quality patient-centered care Responsibilities Perform history and physical examinations and pap smears as needed. Document visits in electronic medical record in a timely manner Educate patients on their health conditions in a way they can understand. Follow up with patients more frequently for effective condition management. Utilize your support team to complete standing orders Order diagnostic tests based on assessments, develop treatment plans, prescribe drugs and other therapies as needed Make referrals as necessary, consulting with supervising medical provider when appropriate. Participate in meetings Work collaboratively with other members of the medical team Collaborate with the management team on quality improvement initiatives Have an open mind to feedback, different perspectives, reflection, and growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
