Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - FQHC Washington Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) position offers an attractive compensation package and a relaxed lifestyle in Western Washington. Clinic Setup: Features 6 exam rooms , 1 procedure room , and comprehensive on-site services including Dental, Lab, and Pharmacy . Support System: Collaborative environment working alongside one other PA and supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant (MA) . Call Schedule: Exceptionally light, phone-only call rotated at a 1:20 ratio . Compensation & Financial Benefits Base Salary: $151,000 for experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. Sign-On & Relocation: $10,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance. Loan Forgiveness: Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment assistance (via FQHC/HRSA programs).
