• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while collaborating with registered nurses and the supervising physician.
• Manage an average daily schedule of 18–20 patients, conducting follow-up visits and evaluating new patients.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and provide medication management in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Document patient assessments, treatment decisions, and care plans accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, registered nurses, and the supervising physician.
