Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

$1713.60/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical unit, ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to hospital policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes accordingly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Document all patient interactions and care activities in the EMR system. Educate patients and families regarding aftercare and health management. Qualifications: Hold current RN licensure in North Carolina. Possess at least 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience. Have valid BLS and ACLS certifications (minimum AHA). Demonstrate proficiency in IV starts and patient assessment. Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and accommodate some weekends and holidays.
