Junior Member Services Specialist
SECU
SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative in Monroe, NC. The role provides foundational knowledge of branch operations and focuses on exemplary member service by assisting members in person and by phone, including cash handling and account maintenance. As training progresses, you’ll learn balance procedures, wire processing, and basic financial product knowledge, with opportunities to refer customers to advisory services as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr SECU
