- Maintain clean, safe finishing areas and report equipment issues or material defects that may affect output or turnaround time.
- Prepare completed graphics and signage for successful implementation by organizing materials according to job, location, panel number, and installation sequence when applicable.
- Review installation mockups, diagrams, and job documentation to confirm that all required pieces, quantities, and components are included.
- Wrap, roll, pad, protect, box, and label finished products using packaging appropriate for the material and intended method of transport.
- Prepare installation kits with specified hardware, templates, accessories, and documentation so installation teams have what they need on site.

- Inspect finished pieces for correct dimensions, quantity, alignment, finishing quality, and overall workmanship before release.
- Verify completed work against approved proofs, job ticket specifications, and installation or packing instructions.
- Identify print defects, finishing errors, missing components, and material problems before they reach shipping, fulfillment, or installation.
- Maintain clear communication with the Wide Format Manager and Wide Format Operators to keep jobs moving between departments.
- Balance multiple active jobs, respond to changing priorities, and proactively communicate risks that could impact committed deadlines.
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, organization, quality, and team collaboration across staging, finishing, packaging, and material flow processes.
- Experience in wide format finishing, print bindery, sign production, packaging, fulfillment, or a related production environment preferred.
- Familiarity with banners, vinyl, laminates, rigid substrates, adhesive-backed graphics, and common finishing supplies preferred.
