Affordable Housing Occupancy Specialist - Recert & Compliance

Peabody Properties is seeking an experienced Occupancy Specialist for apartment communities in Salem, MA. The role focuses on property recertification, program compliance, and resident relations. You will process resident information, determine eligibility, show apartments, and ensure accurate income calculations while maintaining compliance with LIHTC, Section 8 and related regulations.
