Communications SpecialistThe Opportunity:As a Communications Specialist on our team, you'll be responsible for directing the work of a team to manage communications activities end to end, including collaborating across functional teams to implement system or process-based solutions. You'll formulate communications plans and activities to support our client's initiatives and develop, implement, and communicate strategies and key messages in clear and concise language using a variety of communication materials and media.In this role, you'll use your skills and experience to design, develop, produce, and advise on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports public health data exchange and modernization.You'll enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications, navigate evolving company communication processes, and establish best practice guidelines for communication and engagement. You'll shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients to develop roll out strategies, focus groups, pilots, technology adoption campaigns, and other effective communication methods to meet program goals. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
