Starting at $21.00 per hour - Full-time, in-office position

The Scheduler is responsible for all scheduling for Client care and Caregiver work schedule coordination, maintaining the client and caregiver relationship and ultimately helps provide a “best in home care” experience for clients and employees.

• Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled.

• Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients; assists with payroll preparation, where necessary; and monitoring of our cloud-based telephony system for all clock-ins and clock-outs from shift.

• Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.

• The ideal candidate has prior experience working and scheduling in the home care industry or medical office setting.

MUST HAVE'S for this position:

• Previous scheduling experience (WellSky Personal care or ClearCare experience is ideal)
• Upbeat, friendly disposition
• Strong ability to solve puzzles for shift coverage when resources are lean
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• be available for participation in the after hours On-Call phone rotation schedule
• good workplace job attendance
• must have at least 2 years of medical experience (homecare, hospice, facility or medical office)
• must be 18 years or older
• read, write and understand English as needed for the position
