Octagon Media, LLC is a full service advertising agency and marketing firm seeking a Project/ Account Manager to lead client and internal initiatives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Position Summary

The Project/ Account Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from initiation through completion. You will serve as a central point of accountability—aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring work meets quality expectations and business goals.

This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining momentum across multiple project activities in an onsite setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day project execution, including scope, schedule, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, translating priorities into clear plans and actionable next steps.

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and changes to project scope, keeping stakeholders informed of status and impacts.

  • Maintain project documentation and records, ensuring consistency and clarity across deliverables and milestones.

  • Monitor project performance and quality, escalating issues early and driving solutions to resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, including planning, tracking progress, and delivering results.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a clear, professional approach to updates and alignment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines, and priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work onsite in Baton Rouge, LA as needed for day-to-day coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with process improvement and building efficient workflows to support delivery and stakeholder alignment.

  • Familiarity with common project management practices such as milestone planning, status reporting, and risk management.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing expectations across varying priorities.

  • A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in customer-facing or client-supported settings.
