Senior Estimator Medical/Commercial Construction

Skyler Design Build, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator for its Houston, TX office to prepare estimates for commercial and medical construction projects. You will work with project teams, architects, and vendors to create detailed takeoffs, cost breakdowns, and bid packages from contract documents. Expect collaboration with owners and subcontractors and a role in bid strategy and project turnover. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in estimating, familiarity with hard-bid, design-build, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
