This role is responsible for managing social media, creating professional marketing materials, building polished presentations, supporting events, and helping tell Elite’s story in a clear and compelling way. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership, move projects forward, and strengthen how Elite is presented to clients, prospects, employees, and the communities we serve. What You’ll Do As our Marketing Coordinator, you will own marketing execution across several key areas, including: Social Media & Content Own the company’s social media presence across key platform Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content Highlight Elite’s services, team, events, culture, client value, and community involvement Create graphics, write captions, capture photos and videos, and maintain a consistent posting schedule Track social media performance and recommend ways to improve engagement Create flyers, brochures, one-pagers, event materials, and other marketing collateral Design digital graphics for social media, email, presentations, website updates, and company communications Maintain a consistent and professional brand look across all materials Organize and manage marketing files, templates, images, logos, and brand assets Presentations & Storytelling Create and update PowerPoint presentations for sales, client meetings, recruiting, internal use, and events Help communicate Elite’s story, mission, services, and value in a clear and professional way Turn complex information into simple, audience-friendly messaging Ensure presentations and materials are accurate , polished, and visually consistent Events & Field Marketing Own marketing preparation for conferences, trade shows, client events, community events, and recruiting events Coordinate event materials, signage, displays, giveaways, and printed collateral Attend events and represent Elite professionally Capture event content for future marketing and social media use What We’re Looking For Qualifications Graphic design experience with a strong eye for layout, branding, and visual presentation Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create clean, professional presentations Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills Ability to take ownership of marketing projects from idea to completion Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable attending events and representing the company professionally Ability to work well with leadership, sales, operations, and cross-functional teams Preferred Experience Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, or similar design tools Experience managing social media content calendars and posting schedules Experience supporting events, conferences, trade shows, or community outreach Exposure to healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, or professional services Photography, video, or short-form content creation experience is a plus You take ownership and move projects forward without needing constant direction You know how to use social media to tell a company’s story and build engagement You have a strong creative eye and care about making materials look professional You can create polished presentations that are clear, simple, and visually effective You communicate well and can turn ideas into strong messaging You are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities You work well across departments and take pride in your work Why Join Elite Corporate Medical Services At Elite, your work has visible impact.
