Powder Coating Operator

Build it. Coat it. Perfect it.

Looking for hands-on work where precision meets craftsmanship? Join our team as a Powder Coating Operator and help transform raw metal into high-performance, durable finishes that stand the test of time.

• Prep and clean materials to ensure a flawless coating surface
• Load, rack, and move parts through the coating line
• Operate electrostatic spray equipment, booths, and curing ovens
• Apply powder evenly for a smooth, high-quality finish
• Monitor curing to ensure perfect adhesion and durability
• Inspect finished products and fix imperfections as needed
• Maintain equipment and keep the workspace running smoothly
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in manufacturing, finishing, or powder coating preferred
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• A problem-solver mindset and pride in quality work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mystic, CT.

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Mystic,CT.
