Black Bear Talent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting and onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate is professional, customer service driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Review resumes and applications daily through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify qualified candidatesAssist on phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, availability, and fit for open positionsMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview, hiring, and onboarding process to ensure engagement and a positive experienceAssist on coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managersUpdate candidate records and maintain accurate documentation within the ATSComplete and verify I-9 documentation to ensure employment eligibility complianceProcess pre-employment requirements including background checks and drug screeningsTrack onboarding progress and follow up with candidates to ensure timely completion of required documentationMaintain confidential candidate and employee records in compliance with company policies and employment regulationsAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to candidate, employee, and client inquiries in a professional and timely mannerProvide general administrative support to the recruiting team and office operationsAssist with employment verifications, candidate follow-ups, and recruiting-related documentationHelp ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates and visitorsQualifications:Associates Degree in Human Resources or equivalent related experience requiredPrevious recruiting, staffing or human resources experience required (2 - 3 years minimum)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferredAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallySuccessfully pass pre-employment background screen and drug testWork schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayBenefits:Health insuranceBlack Bear Talent - Waynesboro Waynesboro, VA, 22980 Apply Black Bear Talent
