Days Left: 26 days, 4 hours left Apply Position Details: Job Title: Finance Associate (Part-Time) Location: Stanford, CA 94305 Remote (Occasional onsite meetings) Duration: 3 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance) Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week, 5 days/week, 4 hours/day) Pay Range: $35/hr. - $36.00/hr. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review accounting transactions for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
- Establish and maintain financial accounts within accounting systems.
- Prepare invoices and maintain accounting records and departmental documentation.
- Review journal entries, supporting documentation, and financial postings.
- Monitor outstanding transactions and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Respond to finance-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with O_racle Financials (strongly preferred).
