Program Manager - HW/EE Operations

Overview Program Manager – HW/EE Operations – We are seeking a proactive Program Manager to support Hardware and Electrical Engineering teams through the execution of PCBA builds, assembly coordination, and supplier management activities. This role serves as a bridge between engineering and hardware operations, helping drive schedules, reduce delays, and support critical development milestones. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for fabrication, SMT, and rework vendors, maintaining regular communication on build status and schedules. Coordinate and track PCB rework activities to support rapid hardware modifications and engineering updates. Support procurement workflows by initiating and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) tied to manufacturing activities. Manage logistics and material handling activities, including component allocation, shipping, and inventory coordination with external partners. Partner closely with engineering teams to resolve supplier issues, manage risks, and maintain program timelines. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in program management, hardware operations, supply chain, or component sourcing environments supporting engineering teams. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Familiarity with PCB/PCBA development flows, including fabrication, assembly, and rework processes. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities simultaneously. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work onsite and support hands-on hardware and lab operations. Compensation Estimated Min Rate: $40.00/hr; Estimated Max Rate: $50.00+/hr (depends on work experience).
