Join our team at Mt Holly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, we offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available in various shifts including 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM- 11 PM, 11 PM- 7 AM, and weekend Baylor shifts from 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM- 7 AM. Competitive pay rates include $3 PIB, $1.50 shift differential for evening shifts, $1.00 shift differential for night shifts, and $2 weekend differential for all shifts. Plus, a $1,500 sign-on bonus for FT (all shifts) and same day pay available. Our pay range is $19.50 - $24 per hour (all inclusive).

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
