Warehouse Support TechnicianGolden, CO Pay: $38,500 per yearMUST:Eligible for Public Trust2+ years of experience working in a customer service / warehouse ordering and logistic supportExperience with timecard administration and schedulingExperience handling order requests, order fulfillment and filing appropriate orders with warehouseStrong computer skillsExperience supporting work for Federal client is a plusStrong communication skills both written and verbalProvide high level customer service and supportAble to work well with a variety of team membersStrong attention to details and good organization skillsHigh school Diploma or GED is requiredDUTIES:The ideal candidates will work with clients and clinicians to take and process orders and assure they are properly filed with warehouses for order completionCandidates will support agents with procedures and process for complex transactionEnsuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards and policiesIdentifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvementsPreparation of reports and analyzing data to assist management and clientsProvide assistance with tasks such as guiding the clinician through the remote order entry system, conducting model changes, device registration, making serial number changes and telehealth service entry proceduresQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
