Position Overview : As a Part-Time Clerical Assistant at Ferman Brandon Mazda, you will provide essential administrative and office support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing various clerical tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day functions of the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers and internal teams.
• Perform other clerical duties as required.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or office support roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
