Property Manager

Our client, a leader in property management services, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to join their team in Colorado Springs, CO. As a vital part of the property management department, you will support residents and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to excellence and inclusivity.
Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay Range: $26
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a half-hour lunch
What's the Job?
- Answering resident and client phone inquiries promptly and professionally
- Accepting and processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Assisting residents with general inquiries and concerns
- Supporting property operations and maintenance coordination
- Maintaining organized records and documentation for property management
What's Needed?
- Previous property management experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic office software and payment processing tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
