SummaryFYI is seeking a Statistician, Research Analyst, or Data Analyst to provide workforce analytics and statistical analysis to support the United States Secret Service (USSS). The candidate must possess 6-10 years of experience to perform the assigned duties as outlined below.Essential skills required:Expert in Data Visualization techniques for workforce dataAdvanced knowledge in MS ExcelAdvanced knowledge in MS Power BIStrong knowledge of MS SharePointStrong project management skillsFluid understanding of workforce planning to include full-time equivalent (FTE) and calculating an effective work year (EWY)Basic knowledge of workforce modeling using the bottom-up approach, i.e., understanding the measurement of processes/tasks using frequency and duration to determine FTE consumptionStatistical Analysis System (SAS) experience preferred, but not requiredMust be capable of working independently to meet timelinesWhy FYI?FYI - For Your Information, Inc.
