Financial Analyst

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify a Contract Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making during a period of increased operational demand. This role is ideal for a hands‑on analyst with strong manufacturing finance experience who can quickly step in and add value. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods Support standard costing, cost of goods sold (COGS), and margin analysis Partner with operations and plant leadership to analyze production, labor, and overhead costs Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling Analyze inventory reports, slow‑moving/obsolete inventory, and usage trends Support month‑end close activities and ensure accurate financial data Create clear, actionable financial reports for management Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3+ years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of cost accounting and standard costing Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial models) Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain financial data to non‑finance stakeholders Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour Search managed by: Samantha Garman Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
