What You Will Do Elite Diagnostics & Repair: Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems (including variable‑speed equipment, heat pumps, boilers, and indoor air quality solutions). Present clear, tiered repair‑versus‑replace options using our custom digital tools, allowing the customer to make informed decisions. What You Bring to the Table Proven Technical Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC service and diagnostic experience. Certifications: EPA Universal Certification required. NATE certification or local licenses are highly preferred.
