Come join our island of misfit toys!Position Summary: Necco has an opportunity for a career as a Program Director of Intensive Home-Based (IHBT) Services. This is an exciting position where no one day is the same! The Program Director is responsible for overseeing day-to-day program operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining fidelity to the IHBT model, and achieving positive clinical and financial outcomes. The Program Director will foster collaboration with OhioRISE Care Coordinators, schools, and community partners to support youth and families with in-home and community-based services.You should be accurately described as: A happy warrior who thrives on leading from the front with strategic thinking. Ridiculously passionate about the company's success, growth, and program quality.The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:Leadership, Growth and DevelopmentProvide supervision and coaching for clinical program staffBuild and maintain relationships with OhioRISE and other referral sourcesUse data to drive initiatives aligned with Balanced Scorecard objectivesTrain and support staff in hospital coordination and referral processesMonitor and coach staff on productivity expectations and caseloadsProvide clinical and/or billing supervision as neededConduct performance reviews and set clear, measurable goalsAssign mentors and provide professional development opportunitiesProvide clinical coverage during staff PTO to ensure service continuityModel and enforce Necco's culture and values across the teamEncourage learning through "fail forward" growth mindsetPromote program growth through community outreach and referral developmentPerformance & OperationsManage service authorizations and resolve held claims to ensure reimbursementScreen incoming referrals for program fit and eligibilityOversee the development and review of client treatment plansApprove service plans and ensure alignment with IHBT modelComplete IHBT leadership training and maintain certificationEnsure 24/7/365 clinical on-call rotation for IHBT client needsQuality Assurance & Risk ManagementMaintain strict adherence to the IHBT fidelity model and documentation standardsParticipate in audits and quality review processes at the state and agency levelEnsure compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and agency policiesCollaborate with legal and compliance teams regarding subpoenas and court recordsReport all critical incidents promptly to state leadershipUphold ethical and legal obligations including mandated reportingMaintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentationCorporate CitizenPractice ruthless pragmatismEngage in peer to peer feedbackKnow and live the Necco Corporate Culture PrinciplesEmbody the three essential virtues of humble, hungry and smartDrive your Individual Performance ScorecardAdhere to and contribute to the Necco meeting structurePosition Qualifications:21 years of age or olderIndependent licensure Ohio: LISW, LPCC, IMFTWest Virginia: LPC, ALPSKentucky: LPCC, LCSWMinimum of three years' experience in mental health treatment of children with emotional or behavioral disabilities and their familiesProficiency in computer and documentation systemsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsValid driver's license with 100/300/100 auto insurance coverageAbility to pass all required criminal background checksWillingness to travel and participate in trainingAt Necco, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment.
