EHS Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to lead our company's efforts in maintaining a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in occupational health, safety regulations, and environmental management within manufacturing settings. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote continuous improvement across operations. Duties Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive EHS policies and procedures aligned with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and prepare detailed report writing to prevent recurrence. Coordinate and deliver training & development programs on safety protocols, OSHA compliance, first aid, CPR, and workers' compensation law. Manage workers' compensation claims process in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Ensure occupational health standards are maintained by monitoring exposure levels and implementing control measures. Maintain accurate documentation of safety records, inspection reports, training logs, and compliance reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies regarding environmental and occupational health issues.
