Customer Service Representative - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 3+ month contract to hire opportunity with a Global Financial Institution located in Tempe, AZ or Dallas, TX.

In this role, you will participate in and provide support for low complexity initiatives within Customer Service. You will review basic issues, policies, or procedures, receiving direction from a supervisor while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Attempt to contact customers to confirm business needs
• Route confirmed leads to dedicated sales consultants
• Maintain impeccable pipeline management including tracking contact attempts and scheduling calls
• Provide succinct and detailed notetaking in referrals
• Participate in regular feedback sessions to gather feedback on successes and areas for improvement
• Handle inbound calls as needed

Requirements:

• 6 months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday)
• Must be able to be in the office 5 days a week during the initial training period

Desired skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Pay range: $13.75 - $21.75 per hour
