Multimedia Graphic Designer

LLH Healthcare is seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our growing Marketing team. This individual will play a key role in bringing the LLH Healthcare brand to life through compelling visual design, motion graphics, and video content. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, the Graphic & Multimedia Designer will execute creative projects that support sales, marketing, implementation, recruitment, collegiate partnerships, conferences, events, and corporate communications. This position requires someone who is equally comfortable designing a conference booth, creating a social media campaign, editing a testimonial video, or developing motion graphics for digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded creative professional who understands visual storytelling, has exceptional design skills, and is passionate about producing high-quality content across multiple mediums. Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Execution Design and produce high-quality creative assets across print, digital, web, email, social media, presentations, signage, promotional materials, etc. Execute creative concepts that align with LLH Healthcare's established brand standards and marketing objectives. Develop a wide variety of marketing materials including brochures, sales collateral, implementation materials, conference assets, trade show displays, direct mail, infographics, presentations, advertisements, and internal communications. Prepare print-ready files and digital assets for production across multiple platforms. Adapt and resize creative assets for various formats while maintaining visual consistency and quality. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables. Motion Graphics & Multimedia Design Design and produce motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance marketing campaigns and brand storytelling. Create animated content for social media, digital advertising, presentations, LED signage, websites, and event productions. Develop engaging multimedia assets that support healthcare, collegiate partnerships, foundation initiatives, and motorsports. Edit and enhance existing video footage by incorporating motion graphics, animation, typography, music, and branded visual elements. Produce short‑form digital content optimized for social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns. Optimize creative assets for multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency and brand standards. Work closely with the Marketing team to execute creative projects that support organizational goals and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Collegiate Partnerships, Leadership, and external vendors to develop marketing materials and creative solutions. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that elevate marketing campaigns and audience engagement. Support the development of executive presentations and client‑facing materials. Project Management & Quality Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Interpret creative briefs and execute projects from concept through final production. Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency. Ensure all creative assets meet established brand standards and production specifications. Ability to pivot work while maintaining a high standard Stay current on graphic design, multimedia, animation, and video production trends. Explore emerging technologies and AI‑assisted creative tools to improve workflow and efficiency. Continuously develop technical and creative skills to support the evolving needs of the Marketing department. Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions that improve audience engagement and marketing effectiveness. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent professional experience. 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, corporate marketing department, or similar creative environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print, digital, social media, motion graphics, and video editing. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Lightroom Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing for both print and digital marketing. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint presentation design. Preferred Experience in Sports Marketing Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital advertising. Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint presentation design. Experience working with healthcare, sports, collegiate athletics, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
