They are seeking an experienced Interim Operations Manager to provide leadership and operational support during an executive transition. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys improving processes, keeping teams organized, and ensuring day-to-day business operations run efficiently. Job Description Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced Interim Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations during a temporary leadership transition. This individual will serve as a key resource across the organization, working closely with executive leadership while managing administrative, financial, HR, and office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and strong follow-through are essential. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office and business operations to ensure efficiency across the organization. Coordinate payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, and other administrative functions. Manage relationships with external vendors, including IT, payroll, accounting, insurance, and building management. Oversee office facilities, supplies, equipment, and workplace operations. Support employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HR-related processes. Coordinate recruiting logistics and internship administration. Monitor operational projects, timelines, and recurring business deadlines. Create, maintain, and improve operational procedures and documentation. Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items. Assist with budgeting, financial administration, and operational spending. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve day-to-day operational issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal operational support across the business. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations management, office management, business operations, or a similar leadership role. Prior experience within commercial real estate or another professional services environment is strongly preferred. Experience managing vendors and coordinating business operations. Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities. Strong financial and administrative skills. Comfortable working directly with executive leadership and handling confidential information. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Professional, resourceful, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
