The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including virtualized environments and physical servers.
- Administer network devices, firewalls, and VPN connections to ensure secure and reliable plant operations.
- Implement and manage cybersecurity measures, including endpoint protection, intrusion detection, and access controls.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across manufacturing sites.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Oversee data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness plans to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support and integrate manufacturing specific software and systems (e.g., MES, SCADA).
Recommended Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
- Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in an OT environment.
- Certifications in relevant industrial automation technologies (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000).
