Provide IT support, manage systems infrastructure, and maintaintechnology solutions for geospatial data processing, field operations,and office networks. Aboutthe Role As an IT Specialist at LNM1968, you'll support a technologyenvironment including workstations, servers, networking equipment,survey instruments, and geospatial software systems. You'll providetechnical support, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure reliableoperations for field crews and office staff working with largegeospatial datasets. This role requires broad IT knowledge, problem-solving abilities,and familiarity with geospatial software environments. KeyResponsibilities Provide technical support for hardware and software Manage Windows and Linux servers and workstations Maintain network infrastructure and connectivity Support geospatial software installations and licensing Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures Manage data storage and file servers Required Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, orrelated field 3+ years IT support and systems administration experience Windows Server and Active Directory knowledge Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) Experience with GIS and CAD software environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Lnm1968 Llc
