REGISTERED NURSE TEAM LEAD

Responsibilities Responsible for the direct and indirect care of patients. Plans, organizes, and directs the specialty service under their charge. Effectively communicates pertinent information to provide optimum patient care. Assists the director and clinical coordinator in assuming responsibility for administrative management of a specific area. Assists in development and monitoring performance improvement issues. Works to assure competent staff are able to meet the needs of the patient population. Position Qualifications Associate's or Diploma degree from an accredited school of nursing Bachelor in Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Two years experience in an acute care setting Required Registration/License/Certification Current BLS certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support [American Red Cross-CPR for the Professional Rescuer] or Basic Life Support [American Heart Association-Health Care Provider] certification) Schedule Schedule-Shift-Hours Full Time - Day Shift - Day shift，with occasional weekends，holidays，and on call possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
