Job Title: Staffing Sales Representative

Position Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Staffing Sales Representative with 0–2 years of experience to help grow our IT staffing and consulting business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new client opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, staffing partners, and procurement contacts.
• Generate staffing requirements and coordinate with recruiting teams to fulfill client needs.
• Follow up on candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and client feedback.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently meet outreach and revenue goals.
• Research prospective clients and identify new accounts and business opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, staffing, or recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
• Basic understanding of IT staffing/consulting is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

The physical requirements for this office role include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours a day, and regularly operate standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Employees should be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally and frequently perform tasks that require typing, writing, and document handling. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities to read materials and participate in meetings.
