CONTRACT RECRUITER3 TO 6 MONTHS Partnership 30% weekly UNCapped Commission Previous experience as Account Manager with Manufacturing or DoD Industries Must be dedicated to connecting with companies. Responsible for identifying, prospecting and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth. Remote Partnership Uncapped Commission Territories: Huntsville and Cullman Take priority in building partnerships with clients, and ensuring that each placement is the right fit Developing and implementing sales strategies for new account clients Plan, conduct and follow up on sales activities Achieving profit results Conduct prospect account sales. Close the sale and inform about the client solutions Support driving sales closure to shorten sales cycle and ensure sales goals and objectives are met Analyze prospect requirements and needs to meet the client needs and resolve their problems Respond quickly to all customer and prospect inquiries and needs Qualifications: Previous Business Customer Service Skills Make Cold Calls and Presentations At least 3 years proven outside direct sales experience with focus in consultative solution-oriented sales approaches Ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills Ability to demonstrate success working in a fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environment Self-motivated with exhibited sense of urgency in all sales and service related activity #J-18808-Ljbffr
