We’re looking for a highly motivated, results‑driven Business Development Representative who can identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and value proposition presentation. Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Conduct high‑level conversations with senior executives to understand their business needs and present Ideagen’s solutions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Skills and Experience Proven experience in business development, sales, or a customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives. Self‑motivated with a strong drive to achieve results. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
