Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality care in an acute-care hospital setting Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions and responses to treatment Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders Monitor cardiac rhythms and specialized equipment as required Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Follow hospital policies, infection-control standards, and patient-safety guidelines Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in the hospital environment First Choice Nurses-Your Schedule.
