Operations Support Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Support Analyst to lead engineering, operations, and support efforts for a large-scale enterprise contact center platform. This role serves as the technical lead for the Genesys Cloud environment, ensuring platform stability, performance, security, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead Genesys Cloud engineering and operational support activities Manage incidents, problem resolution, root cause analysis, and release coordination Design, implement, and support end-to-end Genesys Cloud solutions Develop and maintain platform integrations with enterprise systems Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience supporting contact center technologies and enterprise platforms Strong hands‑on expertise with Genesys Cloud Experience with platform administration, telephony, integrations, and production support Compensation: $60-72/hour USD (depending on years of experience) Duration: 5-month contract-to-hire "Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law." #J-18808-Ljbffr
