Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of mall staff including security, maintenance, and customer service teams to ensure operational excellence. Monitor mall premises to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and facilitating communication between tenants and mall management. Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, including security checks and facility inspections. Manage incident reports, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with local authorities when necessary. Conduct regular inspections of the mall to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution. Assist in planning and executing promotional events and seasonal activities to enhance shopper engagement. Prepare and maintain operational reports, staff schedules, and inventory records. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in retail management, facilities supervision, or a related field. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures. Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple operational functions simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a mall or large retail environment. Certification in facility management or security management. Familiarity with property management software and scheduling tools. First aid and CPR certification. Demonstrated experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
