Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of regional sales dynamics and market trends. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience in outside sales and developing sales training programs. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Skills The required skills in regional sales and sales strategies will be utilized daily to craft tailored approaches for different market segments. Outside sales experience will enable the Sales Manager to effectively engage with clients in various settings, enhancing relationship-building efforts. Sales training skills will be essential for developing the sales team's capabilities, ensuring they are equipped with the latest techniques and knowledge. Analyzing sales volume data will help the Sales Manager make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed.
