Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a Care Coordinator & Scheduler who can think quickly, communicate clearly, and keep the day moving.
Think of yourself as the person behind the controls — coordinating schedules, matching nurses with clients, and making adjustments when the unexpected happens.
YOUR OBJECTIVES Match nurses with clients and build dependable schedules
Manage and update scheduling systems
Communicate with nurses, caregivers, clients, and families
Solve scheduling problems and last-minute changes
Support your team and jump in when needed

Experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, staffing, or office coordination is preferred.
Healthcare experience is a bonus — not required.
