WhatYou’llDo Processaccountspayablepayments,includingchecks,ACH,andwiretransfers. Setupandmaintainvendoraccountsanddocumentation. Reconcilevendorstatementsandresolvediscrepancies. RecordcustomerpaymentsandcreditcardtransactionsinQuickBooks. Maintaininventoryandfixedassetrecords. Supportmonth-endcloseandfinancialreportingactivities. Managevehicleregistration,insurance,andtollaccountadministration. Processemployeeperdiempayments. Providegeneraladministrativesupportasneeded. WhatYou’llBring Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired;associatedegreeinAccounting,Finance,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfieldpreferred. Accounting,bookkeeping,oraccountspayable/receivableexperience. Knowledgeofbasicaccountingprinciplesandfinancialreconciliations. ExperiencewithQuickBooksandMicrosoftOffice. Strongattentiontodetail,organization,andproblem-solvingskills. Abilitytomeetdeadlines,maintainconfidentiality,andcommunicateeffectively. PreferredQualifications WorkingknowledgeofAcumaticapreferred. Spanishlanguageproficiencypreferred.
