Registered Nurse - Occupational Health

Job Summary:
Provide essential occupational health nursing services to support employee well-being and safety. Deliver compassionate patient care while adhering to industry standards and facility policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor employee health status, documenting findings accurately.
• Administer vaccinations, BLS, and other routine health procedures in compliance with certification standards.
• Educate employees on health and safety policies, wellness programs, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement health plans and accommodate workplace health needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid nursing license for the state of assignment.
• Possess at least two years of recent experience in occupational health or related field.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment, infection control, and health education.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be adaptable to shift schedules, including 3 x 12-hour shifts.
