Screening Solutions Specialist

Abbott seeks a Screening Solutions Specialist to drive colorectal cancer screening adoption in the Phoenix territory. This field-based role involves building provider relationships, executing account strategies, and promoting Cologuard diagnostic solutions to healthcare systems and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase Cologuard awareness, adoption, and utilization
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and key stakeholders to identify care improvement opportunities
• Analyze local healthcare markets and account data to identify opportunities enhancing patient outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales Operations on customer-specific strategies
• Document customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence in CRM systems while maintaining compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or related field; or four years relevant professional experience
• Two years sales, inside sales, or account management experience; or one year sales plus one year healthcare experience; or active-duty military service as Junior Officer or above
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with ability to influence customers
• Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building abilities
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record meeting company standards
• Daily territory travel capability with occasional overnight travel; U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements including vaccination where applicable

Compensation: $61,300–$122,700 base
