ORIX USA Group seeks an Associate, Surveillance to support servicing and asset management for Lument Real Estate Capital loans from closing to payoff. You will manage workouts and data collection across the loan lifecycle. Responsibilities include analyzing property ops, reviewing rent rolls, coordinating inspections, and communicating with investors.
