This partnership expands TSR's ability to deliver broader capabilities, global delivery resources, and enhanced opportunities for both clients and consultants.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Designer to join our dynamic team supporting Consumer Marketing Creative group. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in multimedia digital design, motion, and brand-aligned marketing assets across web, email, app, and paid media and a proven ability to drive consumer revenue through engaging, data-informed creative that meets brand standards. Standard schedule is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with overtime by approval.Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and develop digital assets including graphics, animations, video, and motion for owned channels (website, email, app) and paid media.Ensure visual and messaging alignment with creative vision and individual brand standards across the Client's portfolio.Apply strategic thinking and design principles to deliver work that supports consumer business growth.Mentor designers and junior designers on campaigns, style guides, and responsible use of AI-assisted tools, supporting creative strategy development.Track competitive creative and emerging AI design tools, bringing well-informed ideas to the team.Collaborate with Creative Lead and Project Management to leverage data and analytics, optimize assets, and execute the Executive Creative Director's vision.Maintain regular communication on timelines and progress with Project Management and cross-functional partners.Stay current on design, AI, and consumer revenue trends and the competitive landscape.Organize and manage raw media and final assets with proper storage and backup for internal and external partners.Required Skills & Qualifications:8-10 years of professional design experience with senior-level work on revenue-generating campaigns in marketing, branding, advertising, or e-commerce.Portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-quality digital design, motion, and campaign work that drives consumer engagement.Strong foundation in typography, color theory, UX, and brand systems.Comfort with AI-assisted design tools and workflows, with the ability to evaluate and translate capabilities into team practice.Awareness of competitive and platform trends, with the ability to bring insights into pitches and reviews.Clear communication and collaborative skills with cross-functional teams and creative leadership.High attention to detail and adherence to brand standards across deliverables.Strong organization and time management across multiple concurrent projects with consistent status updates.Proactive approach to learning new tools, technologies, and methods.Knowledge of ADA-compliant design principles.Understanding of motion graphics, animation, UX/UI, basic HTML, and social media principles.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and working knowledge of G Suite and project management systems.Preferred Skills:Experience in consumer-focused subscription, membership, commerce, or continuity programs.Motion graphics and animation production for paid media and lifecycle channels.Why TSR?At TSR, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
