Field Marketing Manager

We are looking for a passionate Manager to join the Events and Experience team. The Event Manager will lead the planning and execution of all local events which include but are not limited to; local events, trade shows, home and garden shows, community groups, company-created events and more. They will bring to life our brand essence through creating exceptional experiences at our events! Responsibilities:

• In-field coaching and training of Brand Ambassadors
• Virtual and in person training, which involves teaching staff methodology,

rebuttals, process and procedures.

• Participate in recruiting efforts, including interviewing candidates.
• Maintains display equipment
• Collaborate with the Director of Events to drive results
• Communicate results and future strategy with management
• Effectively manages budget building and report tracking
• Researching and booking events to increase growth potential in the assigned

territory * Oversees participation in events, creation of lead-gen opportunities Requirements/ Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities * Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams * Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives
• Ability to analyze effectiveness of events, sponsorships & local programs
• Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion

and advertising

• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated analytic skills
• Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Suite products
• Open to travel and working weekends

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications. Compensation Range

$55,000—$60,000 USD
