Job Description:


- Implement and monitor comprehensive patient care plans to ensure the highest level of care.
- Vigilantly monitor, record, and effectively communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
- Serve as the primary coordinator among all healthcare disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders with precision.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Requirements:
- Current BLS and NRP certifications.
- Active nursing license.

Unit Description:
- Work in a Level III NICU, providing vital care to our smallest patients.

Credentials Required:
- Nursys License/Certificate Verification.
- Completion of Ascension Pharmacology Exam and Specialty Exam upon onboarding.

Personal Health History:
- Ascension Color Vision Test.
- 12 Panel Drug Screen.
- Immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap.
- Fit Test (for respiratory protection).

Professional Background:
- Ascension 2 Professional References.
- Criminal Background Check and EPLS.
- Verification of education, employment, and necessary documentation.
